Providers LLC in Texas) and/or its affiliated companies (referred to in this agreement
as "CMG," “we,” or “us”) with respect to its web site (the "Web Site") and related

Web Site and does not apply to any third party web sites or to companies or persons
not controlled by, affiliated with, or managed by CMG. It does not apply to information
disclosed, obtained, or used by CMG through other means. CMG may provide links to
unaffiliated web sites for which this privacy policy does not apply. If you are
unsure whether a web site is controlled, affiliated, or managed by CMG, you should

Information We Collect
CMG does not collect personal information about you unless you provide us that information
voluntarily online or through other electronic communication (such as e-mail).
CMG may use certain technology on the Web Site to collect information from visitors

including without limitation information relating to the frequency of visits, the
average length of visits, which pages are viewed during a visit, and the links to

information is collected for this purpose and CMG does not monitor individual visitor
